✨ 🥾Ready to move, breathe, and reset? 🥾✨

Join The Art of Rucking and Stardust Whispers for a feel-good morning of movement & fresh air, followed by a restorative sound bath.

Rucking is simply walking with a little extra weight, which is totally optional! Bring a backpack or weighted vest, or just bring yourself. All fitness levels are welcome!

We’ll enjoy a group ruck/walk with a couple of exercises along the way. Then we’ll slow things down with soothing sounds so your body can rest and savor all the effort.

Come see me at my tent for a free five-minute escape in a zero-gravity chair. Settle in, slip on an LED wireless headset and eye mask, and let the sounds carry you off for a quick Stardust Reset🌙🎧✨

✨A little YouTube channel update ✨

I had September 30 circled as the day I’d share my YouTube channel with you, a little celebration of my one-year anniversary hosting sound baths✨

But life had other plans. Between trips to the emergency room, plans changing, and so much happening all at once, I needed to pause, take a breath, and give myself a little room to catch up.

I truly apologize for the delay. I was looking forward to sharing this milestone with you, and I’m grateful for your patience and kindness. The channel is still on its way, and I can’t wait to welcome you into this next little piece of Stardust Whispers 🌙✨

Some nights, nature becomes part of the sound bath 🌙✨

At Echoes of the Void, we watched the sunset paint the sky before the moonlight and stars took over. The chirping bugs and gentle breeze joined the music, inviting us all to pause and take in such a beautiful night beneath the stars 💫

Summer Fun, thank you for welcoming us into your empty pool and giving us such a magical place to host this event!

May the echoes of this starlit evening stay with everyone long after the last note fades ✨

✨ Back in the Classroom, Just a Little Differently…with a Sprinkle of Stardust 🌙✨

So much gratitude to Iduma Elementary for opening their doors and allowing us to be part of their Career Day! 🤍

We were overwhelmed by all the positive feedback from both the students and teachers, and watching everyone melt into relaxation and leave feeling calmer, refreshed, and recharged made it even more special ✨

I taught for eight years, and one of the things I miss most is connecting with students and creating a safe space for them to learn, grow, and simply be themselves. Being able to step back into that space today, just in a completely different way, feels incredibly special!

I think the smile on my face says it all! 🥹
Being able to carry what I loved most about teaching into this new chapter means more to me than I can put into words 🌙✨
