Chicken Cheese Balls 🤤😍Very soft, juicy and easy recipe 😋
Ingredients required for Keto Spicy chicken cheese balls:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon chives (or 1 green onion), finely chopped
One jalapeno, finely chopped. 1 1/2 cup cooked chopped chicken
5 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 tablespoons hot sauce
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
How to prepare Keto Spicy chicken cheese balls:
1 Firstly, you have to clean the jalapeno pepper by removing the seeds.
2. Take a bowl and add jalapeno pepper cream cheese, cheddar, hot sauce and cooked chicken and mix well till well combined.
3. With the help of your hands make a ball of this mixture and roll it into the bacon crumbles.
4. Refrigerate it for one hour or more till it is set well.
5. You can serve it with raw low carb veggies. Nutritional Information for Keto Spicy chicken cheese balls:
66 calories,4.8g fat,0.4g carbs,4.6g protein, 0.4g net carbs

Easy to make Chocolate Nutella Truffles recipe! These sugar-free, gluten-free, & low carb chocolate truffles taste like Nutella & have a crunchy hazelnut coating.
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup Sugar-free “Nutella” spread
1/2 cup Sugar-free dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup Powdered erythritol
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)**
1/2 cup Hazelnuts (chopped very finely)***
Combine all ingredients, except chopped hazelnuts, in a medium saucepan.
Melt over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Refrigerate for 60-90 minutes, until partially set.
Stir, then continue to refrigerate until firm (about 1-2 hours).
Use a small cookie or melon scoop to spoon round chunks of the batter and form into 1- to 1.25-in (2.5-3 cm) balls (use cold hands and only your finger tips to avoid melting).
Roll and press each ball into chopped hazelnuts to coat all sides.
Keep refrigerated until right before serving to keep truffles firm.

Low Carb Instant Pot Lemon Chicken
INGREDIENTS
▢1 tablespoon oil
▢1 pound chicken thighs I used bone-in, skin-on
▢1 small onion chopped
▢2 cloves garlic minced
▢3/4 cup chicken broth
▢1 lemon juice only
▢1 tsp dried thyme
▢1 tsp dried rosemary
▢salt and black pepper to taste
▢1/4 teaspoon glucomannan OR 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan gum OR 1 teaspoon cornstarch OR arrowroot mixed in 3 tablespoons cream
▢1 tablespoon butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown meat: Set instant pot to sauté. Add oil to pot and add thighs skin-side down. Cook, in batches if needed, until golden and crisp. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Remove chicken from pot.
Start sauce: Add onion and garlic to pot and cook until starting to soften, about 1 minute. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, herbs and seasoning. Stir, scraping the browned bits off the bottom of the pot.
Pressure cook: Place chicken thighs back in the instant pot. Secure lid and set the pressure valve to "sealing". Choose "pressure cook" (or "manual") and "high" for 12 minutes. Naturally release pressure after cooking time is up (just switch off the instant pot and leave it alone until pressure is gone).
Finish sauce: Carefully remove thighs. Set the Instant Pot to sauté. Pour thickener slurry into pot, stir well and simmer until sauce has thickened. Stir in butter until melted and serve sauce over chicken.
