Petition to oppose CCHIM 40% requirement
Several CAs have developed a petition to give our members the opportunity to oppose the new CCHIM requirement that 40% of continuing education credit must be obtained from AHIMA.
Credentialed HI professionals will have through March 31st to complete the petition. This deadline was chosen so that we would have ample time to have follow-up discussions with AHIMA and CCHIM before the changes go into effect.
