How great is God?
God is good all the time.
Finished a continuing education course this morning, and was super impressed with the very specific and detailed knowledge and experience of this instructor. Got into intricacies of corrective exercise, physical therapy obstacles, and common points at which failure to achieve healing for clients often occurs, and how those can potentially be overcome. This person is a wealth of education and experience. Very technical, and I loved it, and definitely walked away learning more. Really detailed explainations about how slight anterior tilt to compensate for lumbar pain can actually make the pain worse, though many people instictively hold chronic engagement in those activating muscles groups in an attempt to protect the body from pain, and how to overcome that. Finished another CE on Nutrition. I loved it! This one was taught by a very experienced, and highly education woman named Lee Murphy, MPH, RD, LDN. She has been an instructor at the Univ or TN at Knoxville in the Department of Nutrition for many years. She has many other accomplishments and was also a long term competitive, high performance athlete. Excellent course. I loved it!

As your online Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, the goal is to learn everything about your unique wants and need for your health journey, and design a plan to help you, and be supportive of you, on that path with online meetings to talk, plan, analyze, track, and focus on your progress and challenges.

As your Trainer / Coach, my mission is to assist you in reaching all of your goals, and honoring challenges you uniquely face, while keeping the approach from the approach of a whole health and holistic frame of thinking, while also collaborating with the advice of all of your doctors and specialists. On a larger scale, my mission is to help people at all ages and stages of their health journey, with special experience in women struggling with the challenges of: infertility, endometriosis, pcos, menopause, pregnancy, cancer, difficult to diagnose symptoms, and much more.
3. Mindset:
By approaching your fitness and nutrition goals from a whole health mindset, uniquely assessing your unique strengths and challenges, we stay positive and focus, honoring your journey through wellness.

Here's the trick: Next time you eat a meal, after your meal is complete, set a timer on your cell phone for 2-3 hours. Make sure you stay well hydrated leading up to the alarm going off. Do not wait until the alarm goes off to hydrate. Train abs hard for 10 minutes. Make sure every set you do makes you feel the burn. Modify everything to make sure your spine is supported and that all of your movements feel GOOD and healthy. Move super slowly paying close attention to muscle group engagement as you move. Do NOT try to move at the speed or pace of anyone in a YouTube Video! Customize everything you do to what feels good for your body. Period. When you are done with abs, eat an organic apple and a spoon of organic peanut butter or sunflower butter until your next meal. Remember, training ABS has NOTHING to do with appearance. Training ABS is about strengthening your core, supporting your spine, and reducing your risk for back pain and injury throughout your life. Honestly, who cares about how you look? It's how you function and how you feel that matters! This is what anti-aging is all about. Pick one day per week to do this. Make a chart and see if your can always make this 10 minute commitment per week. After about 3 months, you will have created a habit. Peace and Love.
