After January 2023, I started traveling to the Philippines for business. I was 292 lbs and I looked like I weighted 292 lbs. It’s kinda hard to hide that much weight when you are carrying it! Face to Face Friday!!!!

150 lbs down and counting, since May 13, 2023! I was in a bit of a plateau because I wasnt consuming enough food, I had to up my calories. I don't have time to leisurely sit around all day. I have to be up and moving. Did I ever fathom having the amount of weight and inflamation gone... NEVER, but here I am today!

Taking multiple walks during the day now. I work my life around movement no longer working my mo event around my day.

I jumped on after hesitation not just to lose weight but to get healthier. I did it so that I could have a better quality of life! I did it because I had too!!!!
