Pictures worth a thousand words. This 1st picture was taken while I was in a very delicate place in life. I’d given up my full ride to a private college where I was working toward my non-profit certification and a second degree in Sociology. I’d done so for an extremely good reason and have no regrets. I took a big promotion instead because of family hardship. In the first picture I can barely open my eyes and hold my face in a smile. My hair was beginning to fall out. I was in the verge of catastrophic collapse. Dealing with the a b _ s e word from every direction, and a 10+ year season of hardships.

Fast forward to this full circle moment in the second picture. Life has come full circle in beautiful and unbelievable ways. “Blessed is she who believes The Lord would fulfill His promises to her.” His promise was that He would redeem the time that was destroyed and restore my youth. … and restoring He is in all areas! 3 things which have been constant all along - My Lord, My Husband, and My Mary Kay. 10+ years of hardship, but each one was still blessed in its own way by the 3 best decisions I’ve over made!!

What a day!! The best!! Thank you Edfinancial Services for having me & one of my all time favorite people … Boss Lady of Power House Boxing and The Women of Purpose Leader Ashley Siminerio Teeters(📸 cred)!! SO. MUCH. FUN meeting new friends.
