We would like to send a big Thank You to Fairview Baptist Church for buying our lunch today.
When Ballard County first formed the ambulance service, I was the first fully certified EMT hired in I believe 1975 or 1976. We had one ambulance in an old garage next door to the post office.
EMS week May 17-23. Thank you for all you do !!
I want to let Ballard County citizens know that we as a Ambulance Service are striving to keep you safe from this deadly virus. Do not be afraid or alarmed that someone has COVID when you see us at homes with masks, gloves or even gowns on. This is to protect us and you from the transmission of the virus from person to person. We are staying safe to keep you safe. As our Governor has said if you need medical attention then seek it but if you would not normally go to the hospital for what is wrong then stay home. We will get through this if we ALL follow the guidelines set for us and you.
God Bless and stay safe.
This is the first chance I have gotten today to publicly congratulate Anna Turner-Abernathy. She delivered he first baby today by herself right at station 2. She did a great job and a big shout out to Victor Erdahl and Dean Hart for helping her. It was a healthy and happy girl 👶. She has helped on one baby girl and delivered one. Now she needs a boy lol 😂
Well, we are 2 for 2! I just found out that Mike Wicker also passed his EMT exam today. Congratulations Mike!
I want to brag on our very own Paramedic Dean Hart for following his heart and doing what most of us only dream of. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments in Africa!!
I want to say Merry Christmas to all of the BALLARD EMS employees. It is a pleasure working with all of you and each of you bring something special to the table. I hope that 2019 is bigger and better with great things to come for OUR service and community.
I want to thank Ballard ems for saving my life. On July 11th I had a heart attack. I called 911, they got arrived and got me to the hospital fast. Ballard ems are the best at what they do.
I forgot my costume, but our Director dressed up as an old man! Come get candy before we eat it all!
Sending prayers for your safety today and everyday.
Get you a Team together for the Tractor Tug!!
