So I launched my new website last night and I got this notification which doesn’t seem like anything big but it is!

You see our loved ones that have transitioned are always communicating with us in so many different ways and one is through numbers.

My dads favorite number is 76 so when this notification came up as visitor 76 knew it was my dad giving is two thumbs up 👍🏼 👍🏼

When your grandma tells you to do something from heaven you do it!

Here’s the back story; I was set to meet with my sister/cousin the next day for brunch and just finished texting her my confirmation when my grandma Goodman says “I want you to give Kelly one of my earrings.” I had totally forgotten I had her dangly earrings and replied “ok but don’t you mean earrings?” No reply, so I go to my jewelry box to retrieve them and one was missing the earring post.

So I asked “only one is complete and I don’t have a earring wire to fix the other” then grandma says, “make two necklaces one for you and one for her” “but I don’t have the materials to do that and can’t get what is needed before tomorrow” She replies “you have everything you need just look” so I get out my old jewelry making stuff and low and behold I had the perfect bales and chains to do exactly as she wanted!

Today at brunch I told my cousin the story and gave her the necklace then she said “this totally makes sense” then gets out a pair of turquoise earrings she just bought and told me she bought them to go with grandmas turquoise ring but didn’t have a necklace but she has one now!

I have been communicating with the transitioned for many many years and have done lots and lots of readings ( well over a thousand 😳) and this stuff still blows my mind! 🤯

Happy heavenly birthday Dad!

We never get over losing someone we love but we learn to except and feel their love in a different way.

Grief is like dancing with a partner with no rhythm and two left feet always stepping on your toes just when you think you finally got the steps down.

But with patience and some gentleness with ourselves and that dance partner things do smooth out and our hearts open again and we begin to realize we were learning to dance with them all along, learning to be with them in a different way, learning a new dance in this thing called life 💃🏻 🪩 🕺🏼

Ok warning this a bit of a rant….so today I felt called to listen to a pod cast about brain health given by a very well known spiritual influencer and her guest was a medical doctor specializing in the brain. The talk was really interesting and had lots of good information however it had too many cut aways (commercials) to try and sell you this or that all being hocked by the host claiming she uses them all in her daily spiritual practice, yeah right 😏 I’m so tired of everything being a damn commercial these days! I get it that’s how they make money by getting a percentage of the sales but it’s really a manipulating way to do it in my opinion. I will stick to how I have always done things by helping my clients have the confidence to make their own decisions with out unsolicited influence! Okay rant over 😬

Social media is mostly a sea of commercials masked as some helpful hint, bit of important news or trying to convince you that you need this or that to solve this or that even spiritual stuff, well at least that’s how it seems to me these days. I just can’t deal anymore especially with the spiritual selling. I get it many in the spirit biz are struggling to grow their businesses to attract new clients I’m not immune to this struggle but I’ll be damned if I cave in to the fear that social media is the “truth and the way” to reach people. For me personally it just feels in-genuine and often the energy is fear based. In the twelve years I have been doing my work professionally I have never needed to promote. Clients have always and still do refer me to friends and family by simple word of mouth and in my humble opinion is still the best. Perhaps I’m being stubborn not to play along in the game letting my ego get the best of me here, perhaps or perhaps I just need to continue to stick to my truth and wave goodbye as the social media boat leaves the shore and I learn to survive, no thrive on the island of new possibilities! Anyone else ready to join me?

Anytime you are having to make a decision that is not easy because it is placing you more in your head than your heart take a moment to meditate on it asking to feel it vibrationally. If the choice feels light and expansive that is your indicator of a yes if it feels heavy and deflated that is a no. Practice allowing yourself to really feel how a yes and a no feels as it resonates in your body. In no time you will be following your arrow with ease ⬅️➡️

I felt compelled to write this because it’s in my heart it’s my truth and truth needs to be spoken.

I really don’t know how to truly define who I am or what I do but I will try the best that I can.

I am just like anyone else on this earth having their human experience. I fail, I learn, I expand and I do this over and over again.

I grieve deeply, I am sensitive, I can be a hot mess sometimes. I judge myself, I compare myself to others, I question what the hell I am doing and I am a work in progress as I think we all are.

I am far from having it all figured out for sure but I have been entrusted with the ability to truly see your soul to hear it, feel it and interpret its language.

I take this gift very seriously and since I was a child people have intuitively sensed this about me and have confided in me and it never felt weird just natural.

I have always believed there is a solution to every “perceived” problem and I love being able to connect with one’s higher self because the answers are always there.

I am forever humbled by the incredible bravery of the people that come to me and being able to bare their soul’s truth because my energy is a safe and nonjudgmental space to speak it out loud.

It’s an honor to be a small part of ones spiritual transformation and to witness them being freed by speaking their truth.

So there you have it I am just another brave soul having a human experience and blessed that I am living my truth.

Why is it when it comes to metaphysical matters things get so complicated when in fact it’s really quite simple? We sure like to make more work for ourselves or perhaps it’s a belief that there has to be a lot of depth to something in order for it to be real?
