Our original planned event-The Harvest Gathering-is postponed. After 2.5 months of sharing this experience, hoping our community would want to join our Autumn celebration, we did not receive sufficient registrations for attendees to host this experience on Oct. 18.

We understand 💯 The energies of the world, country and within our local circles are in a very strange place, uncertain and a lot of constant upheaval. We feel them and it is a lot to carry. It may not be the right timing for a long ceremonial gathering as many may want to join, but simply cannot.

So we will go back to the drawing board and co-create together a gathering that will hopefully be more accessible in terms of time and energy that we can bring to you. We will announce it here on social media first, so be on the lookout for that.

For now, we say thank you to our original plan, release it and ask Spirit to guide us to the right day, time and practices to share with all of you.

Thank you for your continued love and support and we can’t wait to gather with you all soon ❤️

Sharing some insights as I’m starting October in a deep state of reflection. As a Libra Ascendant in Libra Season, Balance & Harmony In Relationships are 💯 at the forefront. I’m discovering what that means to me, what it feels like when it’s balanced and when I’m over-giving to avoid reactive conflict and overwhelming situations I may feel afraid I cannot handle. I realize I can handle a lot, but it’s how I process internally and the narrative I play in my head thats continually healing.

A Creative Pilgrimage of Art, Writing & Earth Magick

I’ve dreamed of standing at Teotihuacán for most of my life. Mexico is my father’s country, and this pilgrimage has been calling me home for a long time. So when my dear friend Jenny of ZenAgain Catering & Wellness invited me to join her team, my answer was an immediate yes. 🇲🇽

I’ll be serving as your shamanic guide and breathwork facilitator, holding ceremony and helping you drop out of your head and into your body, so the creative work has somewhere to land.

I’m honored to share this space with world-renowned author, Storykeeper & Magickal Mentor Jamie Della Jamie Della, our gifted photographer Paulina, and Jenny herself, who will be feeding us her signature high-frequency rainbow cuisine. 🌈

Together we’ll explore writing, art, ceremony, sacred herbs, breathwork, personal mythology, and the living intelligence of the natural world, including a pilgrimage to the ancient pyramids of Teotihuacán 🏔️ and a visit to Frida Kahlo’s Casa Azul, where pain, passion and identity became fearless art. 🌸

Fully recovered my legs and most of my body from that strenuous yet invigorating hike in Paradise on Mt. Rainier this week. Hiked part of the Skyline Loop & Wonderland Loop on September 9. 7 Miles-7 Hours. Not my plan-Max 4 hours as it took my friend Sonya and I 3.5 hours to drive to the park from Bainbridge Island. It was far more than I had poorly planned, desired and completed..but it was a necessary lesson of reflection and in the end clarity of trusting myself..even when I don’t have all the information to make the most informed decisions..I can keep moving forward with nervous system regulation skills I’ve learned and make it to the end..even if I’m hobbling towards the end 😅

Definitely be physically prepared to do this trail as the National Park guide gave it a strenuous rating..would have maybe done some things differently had I checked that beforehand. Bring hiking poles, everyone had them and now I know why. Don’t push past your body’s limit, it’s how accidents can happen. Bring lots of water and clean, high protein snacks as you stop and rest along the way. I ate 4 Beef Chomp sticks, almost 60 oz of water and 32 oz of Chai tea in the morning..plus a protein breakfast before our drive..it’s what gave me energy to push through.

I’ll be back to hike you again Rainier..soon. In the Spring, Olympic National Park 🏞️

I’m so excited that Autumn 🍂 is FINALLY here and Pumpkin Apple Spice everything is welcomed and needed to get into cozy season. Even though it’s hot 🥵 here in FL, in my mind..I’m on an island along the Salish Sea 🌊 in WA with a blanket, tea and my kitty cat 🐈

It’s also time to gather once again with the community! Summer is finally over and I’m ready to facilitate for my soul family ❤️
