I love that so many people are doing things for thier health but I want to ask you have you put as much thought into your water as you have your food!!??
Water is actually more important than your food! Did you know that you can only last 4 days without water but 28 days witnout food?
Do you know that your body is made up of 70% water and the brain is 85%!!!
Water is the carrier for all of our nutrition and the right water makes all the difference!!
