10 months ago, I stopped waiting.

No product. No idea how to design anything. Just a dream I couldnā€™t shake and a garage to start in.

We started as IronClad. Then we realized the world didnā€™t need another performance supplement. It needed something for the people running on empty every single day.

So MODUS was born.

Ten months of late nights, teaching myself design, and rewriting the same sentence over and over because I couldnā€™t get what I felt onto paper.

This isnā€™t a ā€œwe made itā€ post. Batch 001 isnā€™t even here yet. Itā€™s a reminder that you donā€™t need to know how. You just need to keep going.

I almost printed 1,000 boxes with the wrong barcode.

One number. Thatā€™s all it was. And if I hadnā€™t caught it, every box in Batch 001 wouldā€™ve been useless to scan.

Nobody tells you this part of building a product. The formula gets all the attention, but the small details on the box can sink you just as fast.
