The #1 nutrition company in the world didn’t get there overnight. DECADES have been dedicated to nutritional science, research, product development, and quality standards because what we put into our bodies matters.

Loaded teas have become increasingly popular, and now we’re seeing more brands recreate the concept. But there’s a difference between a drink made primarily for caffeine and flavor and one backed by nutritional research.

Energy isn’t the same as nutrition. Popularity doesn’t equal quality. And recreating a product doesn’t mean recreating the science behind it.

For us, it has never been about simply selling a drink.

It’s about providing nutritional value, helping people make healthier choices, educating our customers, and building genuine relationships that go far beyond a single purchase.

Anyone can recreate the colors, flavors, and appearance of a loaded tea. But nutritional benefits should be supported by research, not just marketing.

We believe in knowing what’s in our products, understanding why we use them, and being able to confidently share that knowledge with the people who trust us.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about what we’re serving. It’s about WHY we’re serving it.

And that difference matters. 🩵🖤

❤️ A Little Update from Energize & Thrive Nutrition! ❤️

Hey everyone! I wanted to hop on here and give you all a little update!

With starting my new job and trying to find a good balance between work, family, and everything else life throws my way, I’ve had to make a few adjustments.

Unfortunately, at this time, I’m just not able to commit to being at Harvest Nutrition on Sundays like I had originally planned. I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to everyone involved!

BUT PLEASE KNOW, I’M NOT GOING ANYWHERE! 🥹❤️

🥤 I can STILL make teas from my house! If you’re wanting a made tea, just reach out to me! As long as I’m home and available, I’m more than happy to whip one up for you to come pick up or for me to deliver!

🛍️ TEA KITS ARE ALWAYS STILL AVAILABLE! You can absolutely still get your favorite teas to make at home! Just message me and we’ll get you taken care of!

I’m not closing my business, I’m not giving up, and I’m definitely not done making teas! I’m simply trying to find a schedule that allows me to enjoy this little business I’ve worked so hard on while still making sure my family gets the time they deserve. ❤️

I cannot thank you all enough for the love and support you’ve shown me. It truly means more than you know!

So don’t be strangers! Your tea girl is still here, just doing things a little differently! 🥤💕

🙋🏼‍♀️ RAISE YOUR HAND if it’s 7 AM, you run downstairs for LESS THAN TWO MINUTES to grab your wedding ring, and come back upstairs to find your toddler has dumped your COMPLETELY FULL, BRIGHT RED TEA all over the CARPET. 🫠😭

TWO. MINUTES. Y’ALL.

Not water. Not something clear. Nope. BRIGHT. RED. TEA. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I haven’t even had a chance to enjoy my caffeine yet, and I’m already questioning every decision I’ve made this morning. 😂

Happy Tuesday from my house, where apparently we’re choosing violence before breakfast. 🙃☕️

Today is a BIG day, and I couldn’t be more excited! 🥹💙

It’s my first official day in the branch at Equity Bank, and what better way to kick things off than spending the day giving back to our community?! 🫶🏼

One thing I’ve always believed is that the people you surround yourself with make all the difference, and I am SO excited to work alongside my new team, build relationships, get to know everyone, and be part of something bigger than myself!

God has been opening doors and reminding me that His timing is always better than mine. I’m walking into this new chapter with a grateful heart, a whole lot of excitement, and a willingness to learn and grow! ❤️

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23 ✝️

Here’s to new beginnings, new friendships, serving our community, and making a difference together! I truly cannot wait to see what God has in store for this chapter! 🥰💙
