🚫 MYTH #1: YOU MUST CUT CARBS.

I’ve had clients get leaner INCREASING carbs, lowering carbs, or a variety of both. It just depends what works for your body type.

🚫 MYTH #2: YOU MUST EAT LESS CALORIES.

While a caloric deficit WILL help you lose weight, dipping too low for long periods of time WILL cause health problems and dramatically SLOW down your metabolism.

🚫 MYTH #3: YOU MUST COUNT CALORIES.

You don’t have to weigh and measure every little thing. Instead, develop AWARENESS around your food, don’t demonize it.

Real food is your friend!

🚫 MYTH #4: FAT MAKES YOU FAT.

While dietary fat IS more calorically dense than protein or carbs, that doesn’t mean you should completely run away from it.

This is ESPECIALLY true if you like a low carb approach.
