When the relationship does go sour and a break-up is the result, people want to get the tattoo moved as soon as possible.
2. Change in Interests - Tattoos are a great way to express someone’s personality and interests. However, as people undergo changes in life, so do their interests. All of a sudden that tribute to your favorite rock band becomes less relevant and more of a nuisance.
3. Maturity - Oh, to be young and dumb again…one of the more popular reasons people get tattoos removed. Pretty straight forward here, when we’re young we don’t necessarily think things through all the way and make more spur of the moment decisions.
4. Career - Despite the fact that tattoos have become more mainstream these days, more and more people are having tattoos removed to help their chances in getting a better job or career started. Even the US Military recently tightened their tattoo policies.
5. Some have more experience than others, some are more creative than others and some specialize in certain styles (ie. Japanese, New School, Realism, etc.).
