Dieting tip: use the "Two Bite Rule" take two bite size portions of what ever craving, full up a 8oz glass of ice cold water. Take 1st bite then chug glass of water. Wait 1-2 minutes then take second bite.

This should help reduce over-indulging and make your body feel full!!
