Super full day of clients today since it was my first day back from teaching a 16 day intensive. Helped relieve severe pain from a man that was just in a motorcycle accident and helped a referral from a psychiatrist who's patient was suffering from severe depression to walk out of my office with tears of joy and passion for life.

Both of course still have work to do, and both will still need to continue working closely with their doctor, but I feel confident that all of my clients today walked out of my office in a considerably better place, emotionally and physically, than when they walked in.

Yesterday, we finished the final day of the 16 Day Lake Las Vegas NLP, Life Coach & Hypnosis Training, and as usual it was about as powerful as it gets.

In addition to doing a special outdoor demonstration of my technique "Diving Self Healing", I also guided the class through a group experience of my methodology of time line work, that I call "Time Quest Trance-Formation" and I'm pretty certain there wasn't a dry eye in the class from tears of joy and bliss.

Today myself and my best friend and assistant, Monika are headed to a much deserved spa day, and tomorrow we are going Sky Diving!

Day 15 of 16 Day Lake Las Vegas NLP, Life Coach & Hypnosis Training:

Today was another incredible day of learning, including but not limited to teaching how to perform a full length hypnosis session from beginning to end, my Smoking Cessation Protocol, and more Advanced and Rapid Pain Relief Techniques that work in as little as 45 seconds.

Tonight during after hours study group I will be teaching the students my very unique technique that I call "Divine Self Healing". It's a very powerful technique for overcoming the emotional charge of even the worst of trauma, without having to talk about or relive any details about it...

Day 12 of 16 Day Lake Las Vegas NLP, Life Coach & Hypnosis Training:

As always, we are doing things that mainstream culture currently doesn't believe is possible to do in such a short period of time, if at all, including taking the "D" out of PTS"D", and the class is learning how many so called "Disorders" are actually a person's "Super Powers", including with cases such as ADH"D", High Functioning Autism, and much more.

Yesterday we helped a student with what's called "Mysophonia" (a literal hatred of certain sounds like gum chewing, lip smacking, keyboard typing and more) realize that although Mysophonia is a real condition, no one has to suffer from it, when they learn how their "Super Powers" work, and use them to serve them, instead of hinder them.

I made sure to anchor in these new learnings for her in a way that she will never forget, and should bring a smile and laughter to her every time she remembers it.

Day 7 & 8 of 16 Day Lake Las Vegas NLP, Life Coach & Hypnosis Training:

Yesterday was just plain Awesome as the students continued to learn how powerful of a methodology Parts Work is, in addition to how very different it is to Parts Therapy (both great methodologies-- and yet very different).

Day 5 of 16 Day Lake Las Vegas NLP, Life Coach & Hypnosis Training: Today was an even more powerful Breakthrough Day than the breakthroughs yesterday.

Today I taught the students the T.O.T.E. model, and my technique for helping individuals experience what I believe are the two most significant emotions for everyone to experience. Self Love & Forgiveness (Forgiveness of Self and or others), called "Seeing Yourself Through The Eyes of Love".

Many joyful tears were shed, and of course more laughter was had.

Self Love leads to ==> Forgiveness, which leads to ==> Purpose...

Day 3 of 16 Day Lake Las Vegas NLP, Life Coach & Hypnosis Training:

Today was another incredible experience for the students as they learned about the Meta Model, which is the most useful communication model I know of when it's understood correctly.

In addition to taught them about the Neuro Science of Chanting, and how it's the best, most effective tool in my toolbox for helping clients dramatically and rapidly relieve stress and anxiety.

And of course I added my own way of teaching it that I think I can accurately say had them NLP'eeing themselves with laughter.

Tomorrow is going to be an absolutely Trance-Formational Day that they will remember for the rest of this life, and hopefully, beyond...

Another email from one of my Pain Relief clients (Her first name shared with her permission). By the way, thanks Dad for teaching me the headache relief process when I was a kid of noticing the 'color, size, location, how much water can it hold' etc. and noticing how it just goes away on its own when you do that. It's one of my go-to techniques for teaching clients to relieve their own headaches, including migraines.

"Hi, Kevin,

My discomfort both in stomach and head has been gone. No migraines, and no burning, stabbing, and nausea in my stomach every morning. Completely gone. Yay!

I have been waking up at 5 on all days. In fact, today (Sunday) I woke up at 5 automatically, with no alarm!

Thank you again. You did in 4 sessions what at least 4 GI doctors and 3 neurologists have been unable to do for 9 years. I also feel better emotionally, and much calmer - and I now have ways to deal with stress ( breathe properly!)

Text message from a Pain Control client with Lupus texted me with this message: Hi Kevin, this is (Name removed for confidentiality). Just wanted to say Thank You.

I was experiencing severe pain last night, something I've found debilitating over hours and hours previously, and it was escalating quickly. I use the technique you taught me and literally it stopped in a matter of minutes!! Within 15 minutes I was calm and comfortable enough to even fall asleep. Simply incredible!

My response: Glad you used the technique. Yep, it helps a great deal. I used the same technique once once when I was stung by a jellyfish called a "Man of War".

P.S. Pee'ing on it does absolutely nothing.

Here's a Q & A with one of my hypnosis & NLP students this morning, that I figured some here might find helpful...

Question From Student: Curious as to how I might work with a young person (14) on video game addictions. Any thoughts?

Answer From a Now One Year "wiser" (or at least older) NLP & Hypnosis teacher: Lot's of thoughts.

First... Ask the parent what his/her favorite video games are- and learn just enough about them to establish a solid rapport right from the get go. Don't pretend to love video games (unless of course you do) but do learn some to build that rapport.

Second... Earn his/her trust that you are on his/her side and NOT just trying to do what the parent wants you to do.

Third... Find out and focus on what your client wants--- other than just playing video games.

Fourth... Perhaps ask the question at some point... "If I could help you discover something you love as much, or even more than video games, and will help you to be a lot happier in life, would you be willing to play a game together of figuring out what that is?

Fifth... Do some really fun hypnosis inductions/techniques with your client such as the hands clasped index fingers moving together "suggestibility test" , the "steel arm" induction, etc. then into some more relaxing hypnosis and then segue into some FUN regression of remembering a time where he/she was doing something really fun that had nothing to do with video games. Maybe a sport of some kind? or whatever comes up... Just make sure that it's something healthy. If not, that's ok, just move onto the next FUN memory that is healthy, and then when you have them there, really turn up those emotions and use some leading language such as... "Now, I'm sure you can imagine having fun with this in the future, can't you?"

Then continue to build on that, future pacing them etc.

"IF" you eventually need to apply a bit of 'pain' to playing video games (I would only do this after at least a couple of sessions, and only if needed), then you could start asking your client (once you have a very solid rapport), so let me ask you... "What do you think your life is gonna be like 5 years into your future if you're still doing the same things? (Choose how to phrase that in a way you think is best).

Then say, "Now let me ask you this... Do you remember how much fun you had when you were (fill in the blank with the FUN/happy regression memory of him/her doing whatever you had them remembering)...

"Which sound better to you. To keep doing that old habit that isn't really even that much fun anymore, or doing _____________ and having a lot more fun doing that?

Those are my "I don't usually get up at 5:30am, but have had strange/creative sleeping patterns lately that I'm cool with" thoughts for you.

Just had a new weight loss client let go of 10 pounds in just 3 days!

Was at least some of it water retention? Probably. Especially because she wasn't drinking enough water before- and she's drinking more now (Yes, one of the biggest reasons for water retention is due to not drinking enough water) but it's a great start either way and I expect her to continue letting go of the excess weight, from both the inside out, and the outside in as she continues on her journey towards her ideal body size... :-)

Was asked again by a psychotherapist today how I'm able to help those with high functioning autism make such rapid changes in their life in such a short period of time.

My answer was my usual answer...

Because I refuse to buy into what others believe is wrong with them, and because I focus on what my client wants. Not how parents or society say they should be.

Sure there's a lot of technique involved with how I help my clients achieve what they want, but the key to their success is focusing on what THEY want...

Two major breakthrough sessions today.

1. Helping a woman discover that she is destined for so much more than she is currently doing with her life, and to experience a life changing session (her words). Simply put, her life will never be the same, and I believe she has the potential to impact the world on a significant level with her life story and intelligence.

2. Assisting a woman in overcoming her fear of falling due to a brain injury. She's not walking perfectly yet, but she has shown significant improvement and her fear is dramatically less than it was previously.

It was a long day. An intense day. But a day that these two ladies will remember for the rest of their lives...

Now, I take care of me and get some food in my body!

Just had a smoking cessation client who's a veteran with some post traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury.

Although he offered to pay me extra to help him improve his memory, I told him that would be like a mechanic charging extra for changing the spark plugs when putting on a new valve cover gasket.

Yes, the value is there, and I'd have every right to charge more for the extra value, but it's a very simple thing for me to do, and the least I can do for our veterans.

Day 14 of 16 Day Hawaii NLP, Life Coach & Hypnosis Training:

Yesterday and today I taught the class more pain relief and elimination techniques along with more traditional hypnosis techniques and inductions.

They are amazed at how fast it can be to eliminate a headache, let alone so many other kinds of pain.

In addition, I taught them my patented (not really patented- but unique to my style) Smoking Cessation Protocol and we did a major breakthrough session for a student for letting go of her addiction to sugar that I'm pretty sure had the entire class in tears. Have to admit, I even got pretty choked up. Very powerful.
