WAKE UP CALL: According to the National Center for Disease Control (CDC), heart disease kills 647,457 Americans every year. Grandparents, Dads, Moms, Brothers, Sisters, Husbands, Wives and Children are lost every year to this disease that is mostly connected to lifestyle not genetics. We have all been affected by this in some way or another. All of you know CPR but do you know how to coach others to create a healthier lifestyle? You went to nursing school to help people to LIVE not to just just SURVIVE!
