C3 Las Vegas hiring event tomorrow. Come on down!
HORRIBLE. Work at your own risk. Please send my paperwork forward. WTH
I was wrongly terminated by Eric for pushing the wrong button on the keyboard, accidentally sending a Humana member an extra ID card...They NEVER took into consideration that I was only 2 weeks into training, beginning the 3rd week, and I had recent surgery for a DETACHED RETINA, rendering me TEMPORARILY VISUALLY IMPAIRED, It is a slow recovery, I am STILL somewhat visually impaired, but it is improving...(WHICH I DID REMIND MY SUPERIORS SEVERAL TIMES)...As far as I am concerned, I was fired for having a disability, which is ILLEGAL in the State of Nevada, last time I checked.....and the RACIAL FAVORITISM was quite obvious as well, as was the HOSTILE work environment I endured for the 2 weeks, being constantly pulled out of class, and falsely being accused of being "COMBATIVE"' When all I ever did was treat everyone in a courteous, professional manner....Why didn't I leave such an environment?? BECAUSE I'M NO QUITTER, until I have something secure lined up...On a final note, I did explain to them that I was going to be homeless, (a terrifying reality that I still face daily, as I have NOT found other employment, and my Unemployment benefits are exhausted)..and begged for another chance, they wouldn't budge...I honestly feel that if I were a Woman of Color, I would have been given that second chance, without a doubt
I am a fan because I love helping the members and bei g in a family like environment.
