π₯ 2024 ME vs. 2026 ME β THE DIFFERENCE IS CONSISTENCY. πͺπΌ
The first picture was me before 2024, when I had just started working out consistently. And honestly? I thought I looked AMAZING. π I was proud of myself, proud of the progress I was making, and proud that I was finally showing up for myself.
But deep down, I also knew I wasn't where I ultimately wanted to be.
I had goals. I had a vision for myself. And I knew there was another level I wanted to reach.
Fast forward to 2026β¦ and here we are. π₯
The difference isn't just physical. It's the time, the consistency, the discipline, and the decision to keep pushing myself even after I was already proud of what I had accomplished.
You can be proud of where you are and STILL want more for yourself. Those two things can exist at the same time. β€οΈ
That's something I wish more women understood. You don't have to hate your body to want to improve it. You don't have to be unhappy with yourself to set a new goal. You can love yourself at the beginning of your journey and still work toward becoming a stronger version of yourself.
My 2024 self deserved to be proud. She took that first step, started building consistency, and laid the foundation for the woman I am today. And my 2026 self is proof of what can happen when you keep going.
This is why I'm so passionate about what I do through A.M.S. Fitness. I want women to see that progress is possible, that consistency matters, and that their goals are worth pursuing.
Whether you're just starting out or you've been working out for years and know you're capable of more, I'm here to help you take that next step. πͺπΌ
Don't discredit the version of you who started. She may not have been where you wanted to be yet, but she was the reason you got there.
2024 me started it. 2026 me kept going. And I'm not done yet. π₯β€οΈβπ₯
