Ok, so I haven’t always been a fan of beets. But a few years ago I learned something different and it changed everything I ever thought about beets! I’ll tell you more and share an amazing recipe after I mention a few awesome benefits of beets.

HEALTH BENEFIT: Boost your cardiovascular health with beets' high nitrate content. They help lower blood pressure, improve blood flow, and support heart health.

As a holistic doctor I know that if a person has issues with the mind, body or spirit will have issues in all areas. I absolutely LOVE this book and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to better understand how energetic imbalances cause the majority of our physical and mental issues. The Emotion Code is one of 3 forms of energy work that I am trained and certified in.
