Focus February is here and I'm returning to full studying of Banting 2.0. One thing I'm very pleased to see is the 4 phases of Banting...This is exciting news because I intuitively coach in a similar vein..
The lists now work in conjunction with four unique phases we have developed:

Observation – get an understanding of the status quo and prepare to take your first steps
Restoration – quit the Red List and focus on building good habits and regenerating the gut
Transformation – get strict in order to ‘transform’ both mentally and physically
Preservation – develop habits to maintain the great results you have achieved

Banting 2.0 was released over the holidays and it's been a learning curve for me. I've made February the month I will study extensively about the changes made to this low carb approach and get back with you on all of this. I'm excited about the Phases: Observation, Restoration, Transformation, Preservation

Banting is a great moderate Low carb approach to weight loss. It's a very lifestyle-centric option...One of the most important things Banting is doing globally is moving this way of eating into CREDIBLE...RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY...There are resources and coaching available!
