March 2 to June 23rd
3 months and some change later I’m so happy to see the changes in my body! Is it not easy, but it is very possible.

Followed my nutrition plan 7 days out the week and workout 3-4x/week. Like the great Jim Rohn said “For things to change you have to change”.

If it was easy everyone would do it, behind this smile a lot of sacrifices was made. I know how it feels to start over, to get picked at like a Jenga block. I pray daily for these holes to get filled w/ wisdom, understanding, passion, purpose, sustainability, & wholeness..

Today was such an impactful day, and I handed out 50 Free energy tea shots/ preworkout to people going up Stone Mountain! I hope they were as lit as me, because my energy was on 1000!!! Even when you make it to the top the work you took to get there remains. I’m striding through obstacle , my form is impeccable, I’m conquering great heights, I am moving w/ victory, all my Goals are in reach, and I mean every word. I loc’d my hair to represent my journey, it has shown me patience, consistency, dedication, & discipline! When I fell in love with you my temple couldn’t handle you, so you put around people with great strength (mental/ physical). You broke down the weak foundation I built and replaced it with yours, you removed the negative people I chose to be around & replaces it with your chosen people.
