The more you know about yourself, the greater your power to bring balance and harmony to your mind and body.

Greater insight means greater wisdom - knowing your flaws, your strengths, your passions, and your needs.
.
It is this knowledge that can help you to enhance your positive characteristics to create more confidence and a sense of your own worth, all of which creates better health.
.
Just as an anxious state of mind can bring on a physical illness, peace of mind and contentment can reduce the risk of disease.
.
When people set out on a journey of self-discovery, they expect to discover insights that will make them want to change themselves.
.
But I do not want anyone to change. This is altering the essence of who we are.
.
I have a different purpose. I want you to discover the parts of your VIBE that you have temporarily lost, perhaps buried deep inside your unconscious mind for so long that you have forgotten their existence.
.
If you are not fully aware of all your senses, how can you be complete?

It is like telling someone your name, but leaving half the word out.

How would anyone know what to call you if such a vital piece of information were missing?

To discover the power of your VIBE, to strengthen and improve the health of your mind and body, and to find the courage to discard whatever has no value, you need to make a commitment and stay accountable for it.

Just reminding yourself of where you do and don’t have control is an eye-opener.

> I can choose to not be angry. I have total control over it.
> The train has already left the station. I have no control over it.
> I have a competition coming up. I can win it. I have partial control over it.

I was told I’d have to take medication my whole life
I was pregnant when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism
Doctor said there was nothing I could do
I was angry & unhappy
It was scary
Not knowing the solution was frustrating
.
I wasn’t willing to accept it
After my son was born, I gave myself 6 months to get off the medication
.
I started making substitutions to my diet
I made small changes to my lifestyle
Worked on my emotional health
And step by step I got better
.
6 months later and the doctor took me off the medication
.
I’m sharing this because I know so many people are diagnosed with health conditions they’re told are incurable
Nothing they can do but take medications for life
.
I want you to know you can change that
.
You need to be willing to believe in yourself!

Or it can be the tool that grows you and inspires others.🌱

You dont need any effort to bring yourself down, ZERO effort to hate people.. you don't even have to move a finger to feel guilt.. you brain will do that by its self..🙄

But if want to bring on your OWN personal greatness then you need to be willing to go against the tide and harness your WILL.👊

I shocked myself and working out daily for 6 weeks with different challenge everyday🧘‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🥵 I’m excited 😊 I lost 9 pounds and lots of inches and dropped one size.💃These past few weeks were challenging but body feels stronger and healthier than ever. Proud of these baby muscles 💪🦵 But the real really I did this challenge not to look great or lose weight, It's for more mental challenge. I truly am proud of myself and special thank you to Rima for these amazing challenges and keep me moving with her positive energy. Keep Rocking!
