It is work, is to be willing to feel ALL the feelings. Most of us, at an early age, have learned that pain is not OK, so we’ve done everything we can to distance ourselves from it.

We had no way of knowing how to manage the big, painful feelings of life like loneliness, heartbreak and grief so we learned really great ways not to feel them. .
.
Yes, they were mostly addictive and controlling ways, but they worked and pain was averted. Hurrah.
.
Except, for any kind of real healing to happen – we need to feel them.
.
We need to allow the painful feelings to be felt because they all have lots of important information for us.
.
Write them, get in touch with them and most importantly LET GO of them. After all moving on and living each moment is a gift 🎁

🏋️‍♀️💪 🌞 Energizing my body and preparing my mind to serve.

In my late twenties, I was working 11-14 hour days as a Technology Auditor. Most of my work was spent sitting in front of a computer 👩🏻‍💻 auditing Fortune 500 company systems, creating presentations and managing teams across the globe 🌎.
.
Soon, I fell into the trap so many of us do: I stopped taking care of myself. It was hard to break the cycle of working all day without much movement.
.
I share these things because I know I’m not the only one who went through this phase.
.
In the last 3-4 years, I have consciously made choices to move more and level up ⬆️ every few months.
.
Let’s gauge your physical health now.

How physically healthy would you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 (10 means you feel energized and strong)? What’s your number? 1️⃣- 1️⃣0️⃣

If you feel you’re below 7, then you can get immediate gains in mental & emotional energy just by taking better care of your physical body.

What you see in the world is dependent upon your state of mind and physical energy. Because of this, things appear their worst when you are feeling your worst. And the best when you’re at the best.

I shocked myself and working out daily for 6 weeks with different challenge everyday🧘‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🥵 I’m excited 😊 I lost 9 pounds and lots of inches and dropped one size.💃These past few weeks were challenging but body feels stronger and healthier than ever.
