𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.⁣

“As a man was passing the 𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙥𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨, he suddenly stopped, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚 tied to their 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙜. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not.⁣

He saw a 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧 nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made 𝙣𝙤 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙩 to get away. ‘Well,’ trainer said, ‘when they are very young and much smaller we use the 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙯𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚 to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙙 to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲.’⁣

The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their 𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙨 but because they 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 they couldn’t, they were 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 right where they were.”⁣

I know every month should but I had an important reminder come my way which brought this intention to THE FOREFRONT.
.
Strangely I woke up with a headache that felt nauseating to say the least.
.
I tried to stop the throbbing pain by firmly pressing my fingers on the points where it hurt the most.
.
NOTHING changed.
.
BUT
.
As soon as I RELEASED the RESISTANCE and gave in to LOVE, the intense pain started to subside and...with no medication, I was back up and attending to my chores like nothing had ever happened.
.
Just ACCEPTING and LOVING 🥰 exactly where we are is a beautiful way to MOVE through the daily challenges we face.
.
Hope this reminder helps you release some of the areas you are resisting and need to let go of.

Sharing few thoughts🙏 6 weeks ago I committed to a sugar free 🧁 and workout challenge programs with Rima. Well y’all. Here I am! I shocked myself and working out daily for 6 weeks with different challenge everyday🧘‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🥵 I’m excited 😊 I lost 9 pounds and lots of inches and dropped one size.💃These past few weeks were challenging but body feels stronger and healthier than ever. Proud of these baby muscles 💪🦵 But the real really I did this challenge not to look great or lose weight, It's for more mental challenge. I truly am proud of myself and special thank you to Rima for these amazing challenges and keep me moving with her positive energy. Keep Rocking!
