What’s your healthy “Go To” meal if you just can’t be bothered cooking/your’re sick/you’re starving/ etc. ???
Mine changes every few months. During the summer I was on a mad sushi kick. Whenever I didn’t know what to eat, I would grab whatever was in my fridge, add some avocado and roll it up in nori.
These past two months however, my go to is Chocolate Protein Oatmeal ...often twice a day! #lazybutmindful (Recipe in comments)
