What’s your healthy “Go To” meal if you just can’t be bothered cooking/your’re sick/you’re starving/ etc. ???

Mine changes every few months. During the summer I was on a mad sushi kick. Whenever I didn’t know what to eat, I would grab whatever was in my fridge, add some avocado and roll it up in nori.
These past two months however, my go to is Chocolate Protein Oatmeal ...often twice a day! #lazybutmindful (Recipe in comments)

Monster Breakfast this morning:
1/4 cup oatmeal mixed with 2 Tbsp homemade almond butter + 1/4 banana + splash of almond milk + dash of cinnamon + 1 chopped medjool date + 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
THEN
1 navel orange & 1 cortado (espresso baby!)

SELF LOVE DAY + WORK
Spending the morning stretching out my neck, back, and feet (life of a dancer).
1:30PM Gentle Yoga class at Five Peaks Power Yoga
4:30PM Crossfit class CrossFit Loudoun & Northern Virginia Ninja

Will be teaching private lessons from 6pm-9pm.
