Last night, our Somatic Dance group took a field trip from our regularly, scheduled studio class and went to Ecstatic Dance at the Greenhouse to go experience and also to support DJ Namachey’s debut. It was such a blast of a night. Connecting with the community, connecting with ourselves, the music, the plants, the herbal offerings, the yummy food. Such a great night! So grateful for this community and where these spaces lead us and for Erin and her class and connecting more with our bodies with breath, movement and music. So much gratitude!

We have some new offerings for November! Wednesday night yoga will include a spa meditation, followed by sound bath and for the months of November and December only we will have a 7 PM sound bath on Thursday nights to support your nervous system through these busy months. So much goodness coming!!

I’m so excited for this collaboration! I have been a participant in many of Brock‘s Breathwork events and they have been life-changing for me.
