It seems that the autumn weather is starting to settle in nicely. People are cracking open their windows, cooking some classic fall recipes, and the trees are turning the most vibrant of colors 🌳🍁

I hope this month you can add some ✨whimsy✨ to your days to make them extra special: admiring nature, breathing in the crisp, cool air, or even just making your favorite flavor of tea. September is arriving this week🌳🍃🍂🌬

We are officially entering the "Ber" months! How do you feel about this time of year? Does it make you want to be cozy indoors, or get outside more to enjoy the fresh, crisp air? 💭💨 Maybe both?

What is your favorite activity when fall comes around? And what's something you want to make sure you do this year to get in the spirit of the season? Make a new fall recipe; drink some apple c***r or a pumpkin spice beverage; go on a hike or walk in your favorite hoodie and sweats?

It's hard to believe, but we're in the last third of the year. It's a good time for some stillness and reflection to look back on how your year has been going and what you'd still like to accomplish. What's one thing you'd like to do before the end of the year?
