Yesterday I told you why they felt like home. This is the day it stops.
For a long time, you explain. You apologize. You shrink. You tell yourself you’re too sensitive because he said so, and you’ve heard it enough times that it sounds like your own voice.
Then one random Tuesday, something lifts. The veil. Like someone finally turned the lights on in a room you’ve been walking around in the dark.
The love bombing.
The silent treatments.
Every fight ending with YOU apologizing.
You see all of it at once, and it doesn’t hurt the way you thought it would. It’s quiet. It’s clear.
That’s the moment your body catches up to what you already knew.
He’s going to call you cold. Crazy. Dramatic. Selfish. Let him. You’re allowed to be the villain in his story if it means you’re the savior in yours.
This is why I work with the body, the subconscious, AND identity, not just one.
You can’t think your way out of a pattern your nervous system calls home. But you CAN rebuild what home feels like.
If you’re not there yet, that’s okay. The clarity comes. Until then, DM me HOME and I’ll send you the free worksheet I made to trace why that person felt familiar. 🤍
