June ✅ Summary!
June's Fitness Routine was all about lower body endurance while keeping every exercise travel-friendly. Whether you're at home, on vacation, or working out with minimal equipment, this routine can easily be adapted to fit your schedule.
Here's a breakdown of my exercises:
1️⃣ Standing march x 60s.
A core and hip-focused movement that challenged endurance, balance, and control while keeping my abs engaged the entire time. I used a single 15 lb. dumbbell throughout the month and progressed in week three by adding a light resistance band around my feet.
2️⃣ Single bent over row x 60s ea.
A classic but highly effective back exercise. I used a 15 lb. dumbbell and focused on slowing each rep down, engaging my core, and synchronizing my breathing with every lift.
3️⃣ Clamshell kick x 60s ea.
An excellent lower body exercise that targeted my glutes, outer thighs, and obliques. I started with a light resistance band and progressed to a medium resistance band during week three.
4️⃣ Side lunge to crunch x 60s ea.
A total body burner that combined lower body strength with core engagement in one powerful movement. I kept my dumbbell at 15 lbs. throughout the month and increased the challenge by adding a medium resistance band around my thighs.
⏱ 35 minutes including warm up and cool down.
💪 June reminded me that you don't need a complicated workout to make progress. Consistency, simple equipment, and gradual progression are more than enough to keep moving toward your goals.
