Spirituality isn’t separated from mundane.

This morning, I woke up to the most beautiful surprise: this lovely family right outside my home. Sometimes, the most magical moments are the ones we never see coming. ❤️

Meditation calms the mind.
But your body stores everything you didn’t feel.

That’s why you can be calm and still tense.

Somatic Shaking™ is the release part.

Save this for when meditation is not enough.

I used to suffer from the wound of injustice too, fiercely seeking to be right.

Yet this chase for justice never did me any good, because I was trying to prove something. It didn't come naturally. When you suffer from the injustice wound, your tendency is to always seek justice, at any cost, in any situation. It is a fight you engage in for nothing.

Somatic Shaking is a powerful tool to release and transform your soul wounds.

Shaking intentional or non-intentional, it’s a natural mechanism, not a method.

We just feel like doing it.

Mammals are shaking when they are releasing stuck energy.

Shaking is also a spiritual practice to gather Qi, to heal and to find Grace. It’s also used in kundalini awakening.

I am preparing a neurogenic breathwork session soon. Comment SHAKE if you want more info.
