💪 Greek Yogurt – 1 cup (about 240g) = 10-15g of protein

💪 Hard-Boiled Eggs – 1 large egg = 6g of protein

💪 Protein Smoothie – 1 scoop of protein powder = 15-25g of protein

💪 Cottage Cheese – 1/2 cup (about 120g) = 14g of protein
