4 cans drained well
1 celery stick
1/2 small red pepper
1 small red onion
Any fresh herbs you like - dill would also be great!
1 tablespoons of Dijon
1/4 cup almond flour
2 -3 eggs
Shape them into patties and bake for 20 minutes at 375 F
Let them cool off to keep their shape and enjoy as a burger, tuna melt or on its own with a lemon squeeze!
** if you’re having a hard time shaping your patties you can add another egg.
*** when you start, make sure the tuna is drained really well.

INGREDIENTS✅
• 1 pound ground chicken
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
• 1 zucchini, grated and rung dry to release water
• 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • salt and pepper, to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS📋
1. mix all ingredients well, to combine.
2. heat 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil in large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. form 2-3-inch patties and transfer to pan. cook until brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes.

• 1 head cauliflower, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves
• 3-4 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1) in a large pot with a steamer basket, steam garlic and cauliflower until tender; add to a food processor along with remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.

Craving ravioli but living a lowcarb lifestyle?? Try these!!! They’re soooo good.
RECIPE - Makes 8 ravioli
INGREDIENTS:
4 slices of mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup cooked, ground Italian sausage
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
dried parsley
STEPS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the mozzarella cheese in half.
3. Place them spread out onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
4. Bake at 375 for 6 minutes.
5. While they’re cooking, mix together the ricotta, the cooked, ground sausage, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
6. Remove them from the oven and let sit for 1 minute.
7. Place a small scoop of the ricotta filling on each one and fold them in half. Press down on the edges to seal. If you want to, you can crimp the edges with a fork.
8. Sprinkle with parsley and then bake for another 4 minutes.
9. Remove them from the oven and sprinkle on some grated Parmesan cheese.
*Dip in low carb marinara sauce.
