Magical Vessel Fitness: Yoga, Fitness & Magic

Ammo O’Day has combined over 30 years of experience with fitness, yoga and the magical arts to bring to you this 8 class series. You will write, cook, breathe, move, conjure and align with the center of your being. By the end of the class you will be able to create your own daily practice by mixing and matching various modalities to keep you connected throughout each day.

Beginners and advanced practitioners alike will come out with some new additions to their magical toolboxM
All fitness levels welcome.

Bring a mat, small pillow to sit on, water and jouirnal/pent to take notes. Ammo will be providing hand outs.
