It’s not fun running hot every night and it damn sure ain’t healthy.
With that being said I have created a community behind perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause. The best thing I could do is share my experience, knowledges and truth.
On December 14th I am hosting a private screening of the documentary “M Factor” Shredding the Silence on Menopause.

This condition is real and it starts when you’re a child. This is a nervous condition of a child being overwhelmed, stressed, traumatized, or felt the mother’s emotions while in the womb.
Manic is what trichotillomania is. A condition that is hard to break if you do not put an end to it when the child is younger.
My youngest daughter would have had this condition if I would have not caught it early in her life. I noticed she carried my emotions from my pregnancy and it displayed in several ways. This being one that I noticed around 7-8 months. She would always grab her hair as a baby and she would cry when I stopped her. As a empath I immediately cut her hair off as low as I could to help resist the temptation. I had to do this for four months and everyone thought I was crazy in the black community for cutting her curly hair.
Fast forward today she doesn’t even remember this and she doesn’t display any nervousness. We use prayer, tapping, healthy eating habits, I limited her phone activity when she was younger and had her active in sports.

🛑 Did you know that mold in hair products could be harmful to not just your scalp and hair, but also your overall health? 🧴👎
Mold can grow in poorly preserved hair products, leading to a range of issues including scalp irritation, hair thinning, and even serious infections. 🚫 Your haircare routine should never compromise your well-being! Here’s what you need to know:
1. Check for Spoilage: Always inspect your hair products for any unusual smell, color changes, or texture differences.
2. Expiration Dates Matter: Expired products are more susceptible to mold growth.
3. Storage is Key: Keep your hair products in a cool, dry place to prevent contamination.
4. Ingredients Matter: Be mindful of the ingredients in your hair products; organic doesn’t always mean long-lasting.
👉 Stay informed and safe to ensure your hair products enhance your beauty without risks to your health! 💖🌱

Okay… STOP RIGHT THERE🧐
What did you expect??? Y’all the caption said “what would you do if a hairstylist did this to your hair?”
What do you mean??? The stylist did exactly what she booked the appointment for. If you didn’t want to alter your texture then you don’t add heat or a chemical to your hair.
Y’all be having unrealistic expectations when it comes to your hair. I can already see that her hair strand are fine although she has a head full of hair. The heat was going to alter those fine strands no matter what.
When you want to be natural and straight think again. That ain’t gone work!! Better off blowing drying it and wearing it straight from the blow dry because a silk press is a heat chemical that will alter the texture period. Heat level matters but then we would have seen a video about how the stylist didn’t straighten her hair properly.
Whew child… y’all are demanding the wrong things from a stylist🤨
