Have you reviewed your scorecard yet? We are in 4th quarter! What are your wins and losses from previous months? What are you good at? What needs help?
If you haven’t done so, it’s time to analyze your sales funnel to understand what could be propelling you forward if something else wasn’t holding you back.
Then determine how to keep improving the thing you’re good at and work to repair the gap in your process.
If you don’t know where you’re leaking productivity in your process, you will struggle to maximize your growth potential. Growth isn’t accidental, it’s cultivated.

Reflecting on the joy and light of yesterday evening. Anything is possible with Faith, Family, and Friends and that’s what the 3 of us know all too well. Christy is a strategist, transformational speaker, author, executive and business coach, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in marketing and leadership development. She is also the 2026–2027 President of NSA Kentucky, leading a professional community of speakers serving Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee.
