I’ve been a certified Havening Practitioner since 2022. In that short time I’ve been amazed at the impact The Havening Technique can have on a person’s resiliency and overall wellbeing. I decided to become a trained and certified practitioner after my first experience with Havening. It reminded me of the healing power I experienced after seeking out an EMDR practitioner in my mid-thirties. EMDR changed my life and so has Havening!
