THIS SUNDAY, 9/17: 11am-12:30pm
Saturday 10/21: 9-10:30am
Saturday 11/4: 9-10:30am

Cost:
JUST $35/class!!! You can come to one or multiple! Different content (decided by YOU) at each class

What it includes:
Whatever you want! We design our classes to include exactly what you, the participants, want to hear! Topics that are the most popular usually include: typical milestone timeline, hands on practice to work on milestones coming soon, tummy time success, how to recognize red flags in development and when to seek extra help, reflux and baby massage, how to select and use toys and devices to stimulate development, purposeful play ideas, shoe selection, and so much more! Or just come and learn how to play with your baby!

Hey friends!

My summer class list is official and spots are already filling for each date! I would love to have you in one or more classes! This is a great opportunity to learn about your baby's development and what you can do at each stage to help them along! It's also a great way to learn about toys and how to use the devices that are everywhere, how to avoid or deal with a flat spot, how to help tummy time, and all the things!

Message me to claim a spot and PLEASE PLEASE share this information with all the new parents you know! The more the merrier in these classes! Would love to reach as many people as possible!

This makes my heart so happy! Kremer Physical Therapy Baby Classes are FULL for September dates!!! That means we are working together with 14 different families and babies to help empower parents in the first year of their baby's life! In these classes, families and parents are learning and growing in confidence on how to best support their baby in the first year!

Topics we are discussing and parents are ROCKING include:

-Typical milestone timeline
-hands on tips on how to help baby through the typical milestones
-device selection (anything a baby would go into...how to know what to look for and what to avoid)
-babywearing tips
-crawling (importance of it, how to know if baby is headed that way correctly, how to promote it)
-development of walking
-shoe selection
-car seat safety (just the basics)
-red flags in development (what they are and how to know when you need more help)
-building community
-individual questions and answers to hit the topics each class wants more info on!

I currently don't have dates for an October class, but if there is enough interest I'll make it happen. I need at least 5 families to make it happen. I have 3! Anyone else interested? Comment below or message me if you want to stay in the loop!

I'M SO EXCITED to be offering this class again! It's a bit different than the previous set up, but the goals of empowering parents with knowledge and confidence are the exact same!

This class is made for babies who are not yet walking and their caregivers. We will chat about typical development, tips and tricks on how to play with your baby to encourage development, have lots of fun, answer all the questions you have, and build community and connection with other parents in the same phase of life!

We will meet 4 weeks, for one hour each week! Dates: Sept 8, 15, 22, 29th! THERE ARE ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT! Different topics each day! Please comment or message me with questions or to claim your spot! Please share with your friends and family!

I’m looking for one baby, age 0-5 months old, and a caregiver who would be interested in helping me and a few of my colleagues out THIS SUNDAY, August 21st.

We have all recently been certified in a new assessment tool and would love to practice administering this test on babies to get proficient at it and be able to apply this to our offerings in our sessions. This is a FREE service for you, as you would be helping us out, and you would have access to 4 pediatric PTs to ask any questions you may have and learn about development.

The spot we have is from 2pm-3pm. First come, first served! Please only reach out if you are serious and can commit to coming. No need to have any developmental concerns or delays, but also welcome if you do! Please comment or message me privately!

Getting ready to do a quick presentation to a group of nursing students as part of their pediatric training! Talking all about early development and what physical therapy does in the early years! I’m so pumped!!!

Kids getting restless at home?? I have an idea!!!

I’m creating an inspirational wall at my office and would love some handmade posters and pictures of words of encouragement for my clients who come there to exercise! I’m thinking things like “You’re amazing”, “great job”, “you’re doing awesome”, etc. Or, maybe just pretty pictures, handprint or footprint animals or paintings, or just colored character sheets. Basically anything, but I want the wall full!!!!

Tomorrow’s High Low High group for moms of kiddos 0-2 is another great one! I am loving the fact that these are all online given the crazy weather we have had the last couple of classes!

Join from anywhere, from 12-1, and enjoy community and connection with other mamas followed by a quick sampling of Heartland Music Together with your little one! All 3 of my kids have LOVED Ms. Katie’s classes from ages 0-6!!!

Tomorrow's High Low High group for moms of kids 0-2 years old is coming in with a GREAT speaker and topic!

This group is NOT restricted by location as it is all online via Google Meet, so no matter where you are, you can join us! Babies are welcome to join, but do not have to be present!

Come to learn, come to find connection and community, come to support other mamas, come to have a conversation with another adult, come to support small business!

This week, Alisson Reber from Well Said Communication Therapy & Evaluation will be joining us to answer your questions about speech development in the first few years of life! We will go over milestones, red flags, and tips and tricks for what you can do from the very beginning to help promote language in your baby!

Literally overwhelmed with gratitude today!

Thankful for science and smart people in the world who made this possible!

Thankful for the dozens and dozens of volunteers working the site, keeping things moving and upbeat attitudes throughout the process.

Thankful for my clients who continue to be flexible and understanding with protocols and changes over the last year.

Thankful for sound counsel from others who have guided me through the seemingly endless questions of how to manage and proceed this year!
