You may know how much I love the start of a new month 🤓 the opportunity to begin again, like a mini Jan 1, a perfect time to reset. I got this email today from Light Watkins and love this! See the comments for my 30 day challenge for myself😬
"Is there something you’ve been thinking about changing or creating? If so, let go of this “someday” mentality and give yourself a 30-day notice. Decide where you need to be with it by the end of this month, reverse engineer the baby steps back to today, and let’s get to work."

Beautycounter launched it's Clean Fragrance line today, and it's already getting some great press! 🎉

"Check out the ingredient list on your favorite perfume and there’s a good chance it simply says “fragrance” or “parfum” and “alcohol.” Practically anything could be in “fragrance” or “parfum,” making the ingredients a mystery, which is totally permitted by the beauty industry. That also applies to fragrance that’s used in skincare, hair care and other personal care products. But Beautycounter is trying to change that and launching a clean fragrance collection with complete ingredient transparency to encourage other brands to do the same."

Why is mindful breathing important? 🤷 Taking regular breath breaks, or intentional deep breaths, is one way to tone the Vagus Nerve (which is what activates the parasympathetic nervous system or the rest and digest response). Take a Breath Break: Spring Break edition! 🌞 Maybe you're at the beach this week and maybe you're not, but you can still get the benefits of visualizing being at the beach! 🌊Close your eyes and picture yourself by the ocean, the waves rolling in, and then the waves rolling out. 🌊 Then sync your breath with those waves... inhaling as they come in, exhaling as they go out.
