We had a great time this morning at Effort and Ease Yoga Intensive!

Some of the biggest takeaways were:

* There is so much strength in the Peace - Wilson

* Sometimes I'll notice it 4 days later when I'm about to fall and then my feet catch me, that's when I realize the balance is there after all. -Liz

If you are new here, welcome. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit of the heart behind this space.

For years, I lived in cycles of high energy peaks and total physical exhaustion. Overworking, ignoring my body's signals, and putting my well-being on the back burner felt normal until my health forced me to stop.

Moving through severe fatigue, personal challenges, and deep physical lows taught me a truth I carry into my work every single day: nobody is going to prioritize your health for you. You have to step up as the authority of your own well-being.

My work is rooted in a simple belief that self-care is not a luxury—it is essential for coherence and daily happiness. Whether leading deep listening sessions, guiding movement, or supporting women in our community, my passion is giving you a safe space to turn your attention inwards and reconnect with ease.

Achievement to me isn't about beating someone else's timeline. It is simply doing what needs to be done for your own well-being and embracing the lessons along the way.
