Visit me at the Saucon Valley Farmers’ Market every Sunday from 9 AM–1 PM for real, naturally leavened sourdough and warm fall flavors. I’d love to see you there!

A little pumpkin, but make it sourdough. 🎃🥖🤎

Hand-shaped, naturally fermented, and baked with lots of love. There’s something so special about turning a simple sourdough loaf into a little piece of fall magic. 🍂✨

Crispy on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside—and made with a little Peruvian pinch. 🇵🇪❤️

Fall baking is officially here! 🎃🍁

The Softest Sourdough Sandwich Bread

Soft, fluffy, and irresistibly tender, this everyday sourdough is made for moments when only the coziest slice will do. 🤍

Its delicate golden crust gives way to a pillowy crumb that springs back softly beneath your fingers. Each slice is moist, airy, and tender, with a gentle sourdough tang and a warm, buttery aroma that fills the kitchen as soon as you open the loaf.

Naturally leavened for a subtle depth of flavor, it’s mild enough for little ones yet delicious enough to savor on its own. Tuck it around a classic PB&J, layer it with melty cheese for a golden grilled cheese, or toast it until the edges turn crisp and fragrant while the center stays soft.

Perfect for sandwiches, toast, French toast… or simply warmed and spread with butter as it melts into every tender crumb. 🧈

✨ Just real sourdough with a Peruvian pinch.

Backyard Microbakery will be taking a short break and will be closed until July 1st.

We’re heading to Italy for a little adventure—exploring local bakeries, learning from traditional baking methods, and soaking up plenty of inspiration from the country that has influenced so much of the baking world. 🇮🇹🥖

We’re excited to bring home new ideas, flavors, and inspiration for our sourdough and baked goods, and we can’t wait to share them with you when we return.

Thank you so much for your continued support while we’re away. We truly appreciate it and look forward to baking for you again soon!

We’ll be back on July 1st and look forward to seeing you at the Farmers Market at Passer. ❤️
