PRIVATE WELL NOTIFICATION FOR HOMEOWNERS IN LYNNFIELD

Dear Residents,

Recently the Health Dept. has reached out to residents within the community where we have been advised that a private well may have been previously installed at their property. The reason for the letters is to accurately identify, location and log all private wells (whether for domestic use or irrigation only) throughout the community.

If you have received a letter from our office and you do have a private well please follow the instructions on the letter and/or reach out to our office for assistance.

If you received a letter and do not have a private well on your property, please reach out to our office and let us know so that we may remove your address from the list.

If you did not receive a letter from our office, but do in fact have a private well, please use the QR code below and/or reach out to our office so that we can add your address to the list and update your file accurately.
