As we are entering the fall equinox and the leaves change colors and start to fall to the ground. We feel the need for change and let things that no longer serves us fall to mother earth and let the mycelium take it away and transform it.
I had a great weekend Midwest Women's Herbal Mycelium Mysteries Conference. It was a nourishing weekend in the connection to the land, attendees and the ones I had the pleasure of working with and working along side.

I have been starting my morning with music healing. This one really spoke to me so deeply I was crying as a release. Which is interested on public transportation. 🤔 I felt I should share maybe someone else may feel the connection.
