Good Morning and Happy Sunday
Welcomeome to the Be Simply Fit Tip of the Week—a little encouragement to help you care for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
We’ll also explore five areas of personal responsibility: our thoughts, words, actions, attitudes, and motives. This week, let’s begin with actions. You don’t need to change everything today. Start with one small promise you can realistically keep.
Perhaps it’s five minutes of comfortable movement, setting aside time for your prescribed exercises, or putting tomorrow’s workout on your calendar. Choose something appropriate for your abilities and current health.
Your challenge this week: Pick one small action and schedule it on three days. Make it specific: “After breakfast on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I’ll spend five minutes moving in a way that works for me.” If you need to adjust, adjust. Responsibility includes respecting your limits and asking for help. The goal is to practice following through with care and consistency.
We cannot control every circumstance or guarantee every result. But we can give ourselves a clear next step—and take it.
Reflection: What small promise can I keep this week that supports the person I want to become?
Reply to the email below and tell me what you chose. If you need help finding a manageable starting point, I’d be happy to talk about how Be Simply Fit coaching can help.
