Each cohort is diverse, with a range of people from different backgrounds and life experiences coming together to share common insights and challenges; from doctors and healthcare professionals, to corporate executives, educators, engineers, entrepreneurs, coaches, and parents in the community.
The tone is playful and informal, with learning focused on real-world daily application allowing habits and take-aways to be easily remembered and integrated. It's an insightful mix that is both challenging and fun.
