While 57% of employees say they’re seriously thinking about quitting their job for one that better supports their well-being, an astonishing 69% of executives say they’re considering making the jump! Indeed, as reported in Axios today, "81% said improving their own equilibrium is more important than advancing their career right now."

As Jennifer K. put it, “If the boss who sets the rules is feeling burned out, it's no surprise that many of the rank and file are also restive.” And the boss is definitely feeling burned out. Over three-quarters (76%) of C-suiters say the pandemic has negatively affected their physical and mental health.
