The 8 week Mindfulness course is a combination of the two most recognized and established mindfulness courses (MBSR/MBCT) taught worldwide and is scientifically proven to help people cope better with daily stress, pressure, pain, exhaustion and anxiety. It combines mindfulness meditation with the latest neuroscience, psychology, and the study of well-being.
Every year material is updated to stay current with the latest neuroscience and psychological findings. Much of the new teaching are from Mark Williams' and Lisa Feldman Barrett's cutting-edge brain research.

In his NY Times bestselling book on habits and productivity Smarter Faster Better, Charles Duhigg defines optimal productivity as the ability to identify your goals, what actually matters most to you, and then being able to achieve those *without stress* and a sense of incompleteness in chasing them. An ability to know what productivity means to you in each moment, and clearing everything else off your *mental agenda* that is not the most important thing.
Oh my God-- that’s hard. How many of us have the mental freedom to do this? How many of us are capable of thinking more deeply about the choices we are making to make sure that what we’re doing in the moment aligns with what we think is most important? It takes mental training. MindfulnessTraining is a cognitive process for habituating productivity, for making optimal-productivity a routine. And it doesn’t matter what you do in life—if you don’t have a cognitive process to support your goals-- the likelihood of success isn’t as good as it could be.
