My husband Lloyd Bryant bought his first hearing aid from a different company. For the past 4 years he kept going back for adjustments. This company was bought out by American Hearing. For approx 1 year He was still dealing with not being able to hear and was finally told that these hearing aids did not have the power to compensate for his hearing loss. He was not satisfied until Mark Stevenson was hired to run the center. He immediately saw the sincere interest and professionalism that he did not see prior to Mark taking over. He explained to Mark his experience of not hearing as he thought he should for the past 4years. Mark conducted another hearing test and said that the current hearing aids were not strong enough to compensate for his loss of hearing. Mark recommended that he buy a more powerful set of hearing aids. Being aware of the financial obligation he talked to the manufacturer of the new hearing aids and sold them to him at costs. Over the past several years Mark has shown such professionalism and a genuine concern for him as a patient. He highly recommends Mark.
