Emily Hobel Fitness I'm a personal trainer. And also a busy mom of 2 kids. I have challenges like everyone else to achiev I try to stay active and eat well.

I grew up as a competitive swimmer, and fitness is still important to me. I've never been one for "Fad" workouts, and I've never been into dieting. But I have my challenges - I want to increase my energy level, and I want to increase my strength. Whatever your challenges and goals are, you can use this page to help! I look forward to helping you achieve your goals, to keeping you accountable, and learning together.

I get embarrassed doing interviews and even self-promotion. I usually rely on word-of-mouth marketing. But I'd love to have more join, and there is another session starting right after Thanksgiving.

December is STRESSFUL. And we overindulge. Two great reasons to join our workouts. You have an hour to yourself and you'll feel great with some stress-relieving endorphins.
