It’s something most of us have experienced. We plan a day or week of well-balanced meals. We’re on track and feeling good. Then, stress strikes. In an effort to self-soothe, we comfort eat. Or forget to eat. Or binge eat. If it’s a one-off splurge, it’s easy to get back on track. If the stress is chronic, the disruption to our nutrition may be ongoing.

Protein isn’t the only important food for fat loss... eating more fiber is also key ⬇️

The biggest struggle that holds women back from seeing progress is focusing on cutting out foods out of their diet, instead of putting their attention on what healthy, metabolism-boosting foods they are NOT getting enough of in the first place👏🏼

That’s where fiber comes in. Fiber rich foods are going to get you fuller faster, improve your gut microbiome (that influences your hormones and weight) and also help keep your metabolism and overall health, healthy❤️

You also burn more calories eating fiber... making your metabolism work for YOU.
