❤️ Before You Throw the Stone…

“Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.”
— John 8:7

It’s easy to see someone else’s mistakes. It’s easy to judge, criticize, point fingers, and convince ourselves that their sin is worse than ours.

But Jesus reminds us to look at our own hearts first.

Every one of us has fallen short. Every one of us has needed forgiveness. Every one of us has received grace we didn’t deserve.

Jesus didn’t tell the woman that her sin didn’t matter. He showed her mercy, and then He told her, “Go, and sin no more.”

That’s the kind of grace we should extend to others—truth without condemnation, correction without cruelty, and mercy without judgment.

Before we pick up a stone to throw at someone else, may we pause and remember the stones we deserve to have dropped at our own feet.

Lord, give me a heart that is quick to show grace and slow to judge. Help me look in the mirror before I point at someone else. ❤️

✝️ Colossians 3:3–4

“For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.”

What a beautiful reminder that our identity and our hope are not found in this world—they are hidden with Christ in God. ❤️

No matter what we’re walking through, our future is secure in Him. What is hidden now will one day be revealed in glory.

Christ is my life. My hope is in Him. My future is in His hands. 🙏✨

🙏 A REMINDER FOR TODAY 🙏

“I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence.”
— 1 Timothy 2:1–2

God calls us to pray for all people, including those who lead and have authority over us.

That means praying even when we disagree.
Praying when we don’t understand.
Praying when things feel uncertain.
Praying for wisdom, integrity, justice, peace, and godly guidance.

We may not be able to control everything happening around us, but we can pray.

🙏 Pray for our leaders.
🙏 Pray for our families.
🙏 Pray for our communities.
🙏 Pray for our nation.
🙏 And give thanks to God through it all.

Prayer changes our hearts, strengthens our faith, and places what we cannot control into the hands of the One who can.

Today, let’s choose prayer over worry, faith over fear, and grace over division. ❤️
