ForzaCare Results-driven case management solutions Behind every movement, there is a moment. In Italian, ‘Forza’ means strength or force.

ForzaCare’s moment began in 2022 when we were founded with the goal of creating a purpose-driven culture that provides premium solutions to the markets we serve. ForzaCare helps injured persons get better faster by coordinating clinically appropriate care. Our team of nurse case managers work with claims professionals, providers and injured persons in a transparent, honest and intentional manner to keep everyone on the same page as we coordinate care and help injured employees return to work. Within our company name, forza represents the strength of our team providing encouragement to the people we work with every day. We couple that with ‘Care’ as we compassionately work to restore the lives of individuals who have been injured. ForzaCare is a purpose-driven company that is guided by our core values. Our strength doesn’t stem from a single individual or idea but from our collective team of uniquely talented individuals coming together as a greater force coming together. To everyone who makes this work possible.💟

“Case managers do not get enough credit for what they do. Between caring for patients and working with providers, they are truly strong-willed people.”
— Client feedback

Happy National Case Management Week! 💟

This week, we're pausing to say thank you: to the amazing case managers across ForzaCare and Ethos who turn up for injured workers every day, and to everyone who trusts us with their hardest cases.

“When we built ForzaCare, the idea was simple: every injured worker deserves someone in their corner who sees the person behind the case. Case Management Week gives us an opportunity to recognize the people who bring that commitment to life.”
— Marijo Storment

Not every mental health screening happens in an office chair.

Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day, and all of October is National Depression and Mental Health Screening Month.

For our case managers, screening happens on a phone call: hearing the fear of re-injury in someone's voice, noticing when hope for a return-to-work date has quietly disappeared.

Psychosocial factors like these are some of the strongest predictors of how long a recovery takes. Catching them early is what keeps a claim, and a person, from stalling.

Next week is National Case Management Week!

Behind every workers' comp claim is a recovery that can stay on course or get more complicated with every missed step. Case managers help keep that from happening.

On Wednesday, October 14 at 2:00 PM ET, our parent company, Ethos, is hosting a Medical Case Management CEU webinar. The session covers when to bring in a case manager, the four stages from referral through follow-up, what qualifications matter, and why early involvement changes the path forward.

CE credit is approved for adjusters in 27 states, plus national credit for Nurse, CCM, and CRC (CDMS pending). Registration link in the comments.

Wherever the injury happens, we're already there.

ForzaCare's Field Case Management network reaches injured workers in communities across the country, including bilingual case managers in key markets, so language is never a barrier to getting the right care started.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we're asking everyone to THINK Pink. 💗

When diagnosed at an early, localized stage, the 5-year relative survival rate for breast cancer is over 99% (American Cancer Society). Early detection doesn't just save lives, it changes them.

As case managers, we see every day how much health shapes a person's work, family, and future. So here's our ask: schedule the mammogram. Remind a friend. Support a coworker who's going through treatment.

Not every health battle starts at work. But caring for people doesn't stop at the claim.
